EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ms Anne Dunn Snape BA, Grad Cert Ethics&LegalStds
Anne has worked for many years with not for profit organizations. After leaving Tasmania, she spent 10 years in London working for a not for profit organization which harnessed business connections in the City of London to fund and support programs in order to help train and provide employment for black and disadvantaged youth. It was seen as the vanguard of a raft of training schemes throughout the United Kingdom, mostly funded by government. It became skilled in partnering such schemes, and was able to persuade both employers and government agencies that the work of each was much enhanced by the other's contribution. It is now part of the HRH Prince's Trusts. Anne has also worked for the NSW Labor Council and a NSW Supreme Court Judge. She is co-founder of the Balmain Children's Centre and has provided expertise to Oxfam-Community Aid Abroad and Kids First Foundation. She holds a degree with a double major in Political Philosophy and Sociology from Macquarie University Sydney and a PostGraduate Certificate in Ethics and Legal Studies. She joined the ORIA in 2002.
